Y89 Collector

Overview: Y89 collector is a derivative of xanthate, with its collecting performance lying between that of sodium isoamyl xanthate and sodium butyl xanthate. 

Grade: B1-808

Properties: Light yellow powder with a pungent odor, soluble in water.

Application: Used for the flotation of non-ferrous metal ores with high mud content and fine ore particles, where enhanced collecting ability is required without the need for selectivity. It performs better when used together with dispersants and modifiers such as sodium silicate and copper sulfate. Particularly suitable for the flotation of metal sulfide ores such as gold, copper, lead, and zinc.
